Pendik Municipality has Organized Mentorship Training To Elder People

Pendik Municipality organized mentorship training to elder people to increase their knowledge, skills and teaching abilities by transmitting their experience to young people.

A Mentorship Training Module was prepared by the Project partners to ease transmit their experience to young mentees who are new to their job in the scope of TEaTIME Project. Pendik Municipality organized pilot training program to improve abilities of elder people while contact young people and evaluate effectiveness of the training module. The training performed 2 days on 16 – 17 May 2022 for 19 elder participants. Participation certificates was presented to the participant in the training that professional trainer took role.
